Cancellation & Return Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel an order by sending an email to help@yourcleandrugscreen.com. Requests for cancellation requests are not taken by telepphone. In your cancellation email, include your order ID and name in the email. The cut off time for cancellations is 2 hours before the shipping cut off times shown in the orders & shipping section section. Cancellation emails are time stamped. Emails for order cancellation that are received after the cancellation cut off time will be shipped as normally scheduled. You can return and order that missed the cancellation cut off under our 21 day return policy.   

RETURN POLICY:

There is a 21 day return policy on all products. The 21 days starts the day your order is received. On all returns, you will be given a full refund minus shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.

If a package is refused at the time of delivery, an additional charge of $14 will be subtracted from the refund price to pay for the return shipping. Refunds are processed the last business day of the same month they were received.

Credits are processed to the same credit card or paypal account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Paypal credits appear the same day.

Please use a ship method that uses package tracking when sending back returns. Returns received at any other address besides the one shown above, past the 21 day return time, or opened and/or with product seals broken will not be eligible for a refund.
