Ordering & Shipping Information & Policies

SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICIES: ships all orders the same day, Monday Through Friday if you placed your order before the following cut off times:

Monday - Friday before 3:00 PM PST

All orders are packaged discreetly, no one will know what's inside the package unless they opened it. Orders that have been placed after the above times are shipped the next day, except Sundays (there are no orders are shipped on Sundays). Shipment tracking numbers are emailed to the email address submitted on the order at 5 PM PST. If you don't see any shipment tracking numbers in your inbox by that time, be sure to check your junk mail folder.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel an order by sending an email to Cancellation requests are not taken by phone. Please include your name and order number in the cancellation email. The order cancellation cut off time is 2 hours before the shipping cut off times shown above. All cancellation emails are time stamped. Cancellation emails received after the cancellation cut off time will be shipped as scheduled. They can be returned under our 21 day return policy.

Shipping Methods:

Overnight Delivery: Overnight deliveries are scheduled to arrive by 10:30 AM the next day in most areas. Rural or remote areas can expect later delivery times. If you want to know the guaranteed delivery time for your area, go to or call 1-800-Go-Fedex and ask for delivery time commitment for priority overnight in your area. Orders ship from zip code 85755.

Saturday Delivery: If you want your package delivered on a Saturday, you must choose Saturday delivery from the shipping options when checking out. If you choose Next Day Air and not Saturday delivery from the shipping options on a Friday, your package will arrive Monday, or the next business day, in the case Monday is a holiday. Saturday delivery is available in most areas, but may not be available in rural or remote areas. If you are unsure if Saturday delivery is available in your area, call 1-800-Go-Fedex and give the operator your zip code (orders ship from zip code 85755).

Other Shipping Info: We use FedEx for all deliveries. is not responsible for late deliveries caused by the following: Perils of the air, public enemies, criminal acts of any person(s) or entities, including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, authority of law, local disputes, civil commotion, hazards incident to a state of war, local or national weather conditions, national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks (as determined solely by us), strikes or anticipated strikes (of any entity, including, but not limited to, other carriers, vendors or suppliers), labor disruptions or shortages caused by pandemic conditions or other public health event or circumstances, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods and hurricanes are examples of natural disasters), conditions that present a danger to our personnel, and disruption or failure of communication and information systems (including, but not limited to, our systems).
